Prior to completing her esthetics training with honours at Manhattan's Aveda Institute New York, Elizabeth Dotson obtained an undergraduate honours degree and a Masters degree in Public Administration from Queen's University. Subsequently, she worked as a Policy Analyst for the federal government in Ottawa for six years. Skincare having always been a passion, Elizabeth dreamed of developing an "organic" skincare line and opening a "natural" spa. Since, she learned that natural is not always better for skin (and other skincare myths). Her search for a truly exceptional quality skincare line with unsurpassed customer service ended with and culminated in her seminal relationship with Paula's Choice.
